Background

Umbarans come from a dark Separatist world. Zero Command records confirmed squad friction with Trick because of that homeworld. IGN’s Casualties of War route unlocks Luco after the Bespin bomb-platform fight, where “Luca” and General Skywalker join Hawks in combat.

Relationships

  • Friction with Trick is confirmed on the species roster: Separatist homeworld versus clone history.
  • Joins after Casualties of War on Bespin, per IGN. The achievement Luunata Reclaimed is Jae’s milestone, not his.

Skills

  • Sharpshooter kit is the public lean: Precision Shot always hits, Zero In stacks Lethal while he stays still, Pick Them Off improves Overwatch, and Sharpshooter Training adds +10% blaster hit at rank I.
  • The 1.1 headline fix — shots can miss even at 100% hit chance — matters most to this role.
  • A unique signature ability beyond the Sharpshooter tree is not in the tracked sources.

Weapons

  • Longarm Blaster is the Sharpshooter lean: 12 damage, +12 crit damage, 11% crit, long range, 2 AP per shot.
  • Custom RSKF-44 is listed as a short-range backup for Sharpshooter / Luco. No damage number is published.
  • Cold Blooded, a guaranteed crit, is called most valuable on the Longarm in the Patch 1.1 weapon write-up.

Available classes

  • Listed as Sharpshooter. Story operators can respec to any non-exotic class; unique abilities stay.
  • Identify Weakness from a Scoundrel ally can force the next attack to crit into Precision Shot.

Confirmed record

  • Listed by the community roster and PC Gamer’s hands-on as an Umbaran sharpshooter and former Umbaran soldier.
  • The 1.1 patch’s headline tactical fix — "shots can be missed, even when the chance to hit is 100%" — matters most to sharpshooter builds like his.

What is not published

Recruitment conditions and signature abilities are not in the tracked sources. The hidden achievement The Umbaran (2.5%) shares his species name; its requirement is not decoded here.
