STAR WARS Zero Company Achievements — All 53 With Unlock Rates
STAR WARS Zero Company has 53 Steam achievements. This is the full list from Valve’s public stats page for App 2075800, with the requirement text Valve publishes for 24 of them and the global unlock rate for all 53. Twenty-nine are hidden — the name is public, the condition is not, and none is guessed at here.

All 53 achievements by global unlock rate
Sorted most common first. Rows marked Hidden are entries where Valve publishes the achievement name but withholds the requirement.
The headline number: Hired Gun, for beating the game on Story difficulty or higher, sits at 3.6%. That is the lowest campaign-completion rate of the four released games tracked on this network, and it is the single most important fact on this page — Zero Company is finished by fewer than one owner in 25 so far.

The five difficulty settings, now named officially
Steam confirms adjustable difficulty as a feature but never named the settings. Five completion achievements do, and they resolve a question this site previously left open: the difficulty tiers are Story, Normal, Hard and Expert, plus a separate Beskar Mode layered on top of Expert.
The requirements are cumulative — "Story or higher", "Normal or higher", "Hard or higher" — so a single Expert run unlocks Hired Gun, Veteran, Operator and Captain together. Legend needs Expert and Beskar Mode at the same time.
| Achievement | Requirement | Global unlock |
|---|---|---|
| Hired Gun | Beat the game on Story or higher | 3.6% |
| Veteran | Beat the game on Normal or higher | 3.0% |
| Operator | Beat the game on Hard or higher | 0.8% |
| Captain | Beat the game on Expert | 0.2% |
| Legend | Beat the game on Expert and Beskar Mode | 0.1% |
What the difficulty rates tell you about the campaign
Read Hired Gun (3.6%) against Veteran (3.0%) carefully. Because Veteran counts any run at Normal or above, the gap between the two means only about 0.6 percentage points of owners — roughly one finisher in six — completed the campaign on Story specifically. Most people who finish are already playing at Normal or harder.
The drop from Normal to Hard is the real wall: 3.0% down to 0.8%. Expert at 0.2% and Beskar Mode at 0.1% are the territory of a few hundred accounts. If you are choosing a first-run difficulty, Normal is where the finishers are, and the guide on difficulty selection covers the trade-off in more detail.
One caution on all of these: the game released on August 27, 2026, five days before this snapshot. A 40-plus hour tactics campaign takes weeks to show its true completion rate, so every figure in this section will rise substantially. Treat the ordering as durable and the absolute numbers as provisional.
Bonds, Astromechs, and the roster ceiling
Four achievements pin down systems the site previously described only in general terms. Full Roster confirms a campaign can hold 20 recruited Operators. Thick as Thieves and Beep Boop confirm that Bond is a tiered stat with a named top tier, Very High, and that it is tracked between pairs — including between two Astromechs, not just between humanoid characters.
*Angry Beeps* confirms an all-droid squad is legal: you can complete a mission using 4 Astromechs. Read alongside Beep Boop, that also implies a squad of four is a normal deployment size, and it means Astromechs are full squad members rather than support attachments.
| Achievement | Requirement | Global unlock |
|---|---|---|
| Full Roster | Recruited 20 Operators in a single campaign | 0.4% |
| Thick as Thieves | Reached Very High Bond between Two Custom Operators | 0.3% |
| Beep Boop | Reached Very High Bond between Two Astromechs | 0.1% |
| *Angry Beeps* | Completed a mission using 4 Astromechs | 0.1% |
Tactical systems the requirements confirm
Nine of the published requirements name a mechanic directly. Taken together they are the clearest official description of how combat works outside the game itself.
- Focus Points are a resource you apply — Your Focus Determines Your Reality, 88.1%.
- Elevation is a real combat advantage, and the game counts kills from higher ground — The High Ground, 61.8%.
- Hit chance is a visible percentage, and both extremes are tracked: a missed 90%-or-better shot (Do or Do Not, 70.8%) and a landed 10%-or-worse shot (Never Tell Me the Odds, 21.5%).
- Enemies can be knocked out of the combat space entirely — Watch That First Step, 54.8%.
- Weapons take up to 4 Weapon Mods — Fully Geared, 1.4%.
- The Black Market is a shop you spend at — Where Credit Is Due, 70.8%.
- Zone Rewards are unlockable and there is a finite set of them — To the Victor Go the Spoils, 76.1%, and Across the Stars for all of them, 0.1%.
- There are at least 50 optional missions — Active Duty, 0.1%.
- Squad members can be permanently lost — A Natural Part of Life, 12.6%.
Permadeath is not the norm most players experience
A Natural Part of Life, for losing a member of Zero Company, sits at 12.6%. That is a striking number for an XCOM-style tactics game: nearly nine in ten players have never lost anyone. Combined with the confirmed Save Anytime feature, it suggests most players reload rather than accept a casualty, or that the default difficulty is forgiving enough that deaths are rare.
It does not tell you whether losses are permanent, or whether a lost member can be replaced. Those questions stay open, and the injuries and permadeath guide records them as open rather than resolving them from this rate.
The named entries this page will not decode
Twenty-nine achievements are hidden. Several names cluster in ways that are tempting to read as class or companion sets — The Mandalorian (4.7%), The Trooper (4.3%), The Padawan (4.0%), The Umbaran (2.5%), The Prizefighter (9.4%), The Baroness (7.8%) — and Class and Distinction (2.8%) sits alongside them. Others read as locations or story beats: Luunata Reclaimed (12.4%), Jungle Warfare (7.4%), Fathom Revealed (59.8%), A New Order (9.6%), Heroes on Both Sides (0.1%).
The Baroness and the Boxer (0.1%) pairs two of those names, which is the kind of detail that invites a guess about a joint mission or a bond between two specific characters. This page does not make that guess. Valve hides these descriptions deliberately, and reconstructing them from names would produce a checklist without a source behind it.
How to read the percentages
These are Steam’s global figures across every account that owns the game on PC, read once on September 1, 2026. Console rates, if the game reaches consoles, are tracked separately and are not reflected here.
A low percentage measures rarity, not difficulty. Fully Geared at 1.4% — equipping four mods to one weapon — is almost certainly easier than Operator at 0.8%; it is just something few players have bothered to do yet. Use the completion tiers for difficulty signal and the one-off requirements for a checklist.
