The official base-of-operations idea

EA lists a base of operations among the campaign features. That establishes the Den as part of the strategic and social frame without publishing every menu, room, upgrade, or resource rule.

What PC Gamer reports

PC Gamer’s dated guide describes returning to the Den between missions to talk with companions and manage the wider team. This is preview documentation and is not described as personal hands-on work by this site.

Useful Den notes

A later renderer can organize Den actions by social conversation, squad preparation, customization, and the next operation. Each item should carry its exact release-build label rather than relying on a genre-standard base layout.

  • Record which operative or menu is involved.
  • Keep relationship changes separate from equipment changes.
  • Add a version when a Den action changes availability or cost.

No invented base route

The current evidence does not establish a universal Den route, upgrade order, hidden conversation trigger, or guaranteed reward. The guide stays useful by defining the evidence fields rather than filling them with guesses.
