Updated
The current DLC answer
The launch FAQ says the team focused on making the best game at launch and has nothing to announce right now. No expansion, story pack, new faction, mission pack or post-launch roadmap is confirmed in that answer.
What not to treat as an announcement
A store tag, a job listing, a forum wish, a datamined string or a retailer placeholder is not a release announcement. A future guide update should name the official post and its platform, date and scope before calling something DLC.
The base campaign already has replay variables
Until new content is announced, replay value comes from difficulty, permadeath settings, squad builds, optional missions, bonds and customization. The operations map and mission objectives pages are more useful for the released campaign than a speculative DLC list.
