STAR WARS Zero Company Class Framework
Steam names scoundrels, astromechs, and a Jedi as archetype examples. PC Gamer’s dated report adds class examples, but neither source is treated as a complete final class tree.

Official archetype examples
The Steam description says operatives can range from scoundrels to astromechs, or even a Jedi. These examples communicate variety; they do not establish the total number of classes or a ranking among them.

PC Gamer’s dated guide names Assault, Heavy, Sharpshooter, Soldier, Scoundrel, Gunslinger, Scout, and Medic among the observed class identities. The list is labelled as preview documentation and is not expanded into a tier list.
- Preview examples: Assault, Heavy, Sharpshooter, Soldier.
- Preview examples: Scoundrel, Gunslinger, Scout, Medic.
Do not infer the full framework
The tracked evidence does not publish every specialization, branching rule, ability, prerequisite, or class restriction. Avoid filling those gaps with assumptions from other tactics games.
A useful post-launch class record
When a release-build entry is available, record the exact in-game name, role label, ability text, resource cost, availability condition, and version. Keep the source and evidence status next to any comparison.
